Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 30 days for a complete merchandise refund or exchange. All returns must be in unopened resalable and contain the original packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards. We will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error.
Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from customer service for any and all returns. To obtain your RA number call us at 303 751-7292 9:00AM-6:00PM MST, Monday through Friday.
Delivery
All orders placed by 1:00 PM MST are shipped the same day (subject to stock availability). Due to size or weight, some items may require extra time for delivery. Special and custom orders may take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. Please call us if you have any questions about your order or shipping timeframe. All shipments are discretely packaged.

For your convenience we accept Visa or Master card. Please note that it make take 3-4 business days for your check to clear before the order is shipped. Payments by check that cannot be processed due to insufficient funds are subject to a $25 penalty fee.
